Skeerdy was an 80-pound Golden Retriever mix who was very shy with strangers.
This is why Skeerdy relaxed and was happy living his life out here with his dog friends on the farm.
Skeerdy returned to Hollow Creek Farm to live as a permanent guest after he didn’t work out being adopted. We rescue, rehab, socialize, get dogs vetted so they may be adopted. But every dog doesn’t work out. Every dog is different.
His favorite pastimes were soaking in his pool, taking toys outside to bury them, and napping on his dog bed. Skeerdy was a solo kind of guy, who would come in and snuggle down in front of the fireplace alongside his other permanent guests on the farm.
Skeerdy enjoyed his job of welcoming new HCF arrivals. He was a dogs' dog, not a people dog.
Skeerdy you are missed and you are loved!
